How it Works
Schedule an Appointment from anywhere with your cell phone, laptop, or tablet:
Schedule Appointment:
Click on the "Schedule Appointment" link.
Select "telemedicine" and the day and time that works for you.

Prior to Your Appointment:
You will receive via email a conformation and patient intake forms; please complete prior to your appointment.
Leading up to your appointment, you will receive several reminders with the link to your appointment in them.

During Your Appointment:
When it is your appointment time, please join via the link with any device that has a camera, from wherever you are.
What to Expect:
In your 30-minute appointment, the provider will review your history, assess your current symptoms, and address any questions you may have before recommending any treatments, care plans, etc. This may involve prescribing medications, sending you information, and recommending a regimen to treat your illness.

Follow-up:
Within the hour following your appointment you will receive an email providing a clear treatment plan. If for some reason you have additional questions, please reply to this email or give us a call.

Changes to your Appointment:
If for any reason you need to change your appointment, you can contact us simply by responding to the text message or email you receive when you scheduled your consult. We will make reasonable accommodations to change or cancel your appointment, however, if you fail to enter your telemedicine session without notice, we reserve the right to charge you for your missed appointment.
