Services provided by iCare may be delivered via secure telehealth platforms. Reasonable safeguards are used to protect privacy during telehealth encounters; however, there are inherent risks associated with electronic communications.

If you believe your privacy rights have been violated, you may contact our office. You also have the right to file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. You will not be retaliated against for filing a complaint.

Care & Access
Appointments are conducted via secure telehealth. Prescriptions are sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice. When testing is required, patients are guided through home-based or local options as appropriate.
